What to Expect After an Order with Splitter NDT

After you have placed your order with us at splitter.com, you can expect an open flow of communication from us. 

  1. You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed and is ready to be fulfilled
  2. When you have an account with us, all orders are eligible for Splitter Reward Points. You will be notified of your updated points balance after your order
  3. You will then receive an email when your order is out for delivery. This confirmation will often include your tracking information 
  4. Once your order is out for delivery, it is available for tracking
  5. Approximately one week after your order has been delivered, you will receive an invite to review the products that have been purchased on splitter.com. Please do not feel obligated to provide a review, but it will certainly help future customers in their decision making process. It will also help us ensure that we are providing the best products and support that we can
  6. Receive your order and enjoy your new NDT equipment
