Shipping Policy

• All shipping options at checkout will be handled by UPS
• If you prefer to use your own carrier or LTL services, email us with the items you would like and we will send you an invoice with the estimated shipping costs, as quoted by your carrier
• Or, you can request ex-works and schedule your carrier to pick up the order from our warehouse
• Shipping cost is calculated upon checkout, or internally if you submit a Request for Quote
• Handling time will depend on the product. In-stock products will be fulfilled within the same day to 2 days. Non-stock products are to be determined
• Some products are available in North America only (Canada, USA and Mexico)
• If you create an account, we can save your own carrier for future reference
